• Symptoms management skills such as wandering, orientation issues, anxiety, repetitive behaviours, verbal and physical aggression and more

• Medication reminding

• Transportation to medical and non medical appointments 

• Assist with independent skills such as making appointments, arrange transportation, hygiene/grooming and other ADLs

• Multidisciplinary coordination
   

At Rest Home LLC, we want our customers to have the experience as closed to the community as possible. We offered outings such as hiking, fishing, picnicking, day trip to Regional and State Parks, camping, bowling, movie and much more. We want our Customers' stay to be full of positive memories.
